Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Certificate of Accounting Professional.
- English/Mandarin bilingual proficiency.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 4 years of experience on the position of Accountant.
- Experience as Finance Supervisor is preferred.
- Experience in a Western workplace.
- Comfort with technology including Kingdee, Yongyou, Microsoft Office, Excel and databases.
- Trustworthy with confidential information.
- Efficient organizational skills.
- Interest in Chinese student preparation for higher education in western English-speaking universities.
- Flexibility in adjusting to organizational growth.

Responsibilities:
? Fully responsible for the management of the school's accounting treatment. Organize and maintain financial records for all school operations. Guide and supervise subordinate accountant and cashier’s performance. Ensure the school's operation comply with the accounting standards, laws and regulations, internal control system.
- Formulate, implement and optimize School's accounting system and internal control procedures to ensure the fairness of accounting information. Maintain communications with expatriate faculty and Chinese staff about specific requirements and regulations to ensure the implementation of School's policy.
? Coordinate student/family accounting details with the school Registrar. Communicate with parents, admissions department and NCIC-Bilingual financial staffs for accounts receivable.
? Collaborate with NCIC-Bilingual financial staffs for tuition fees collection and any financial procedures and requirements.
? Enter and review accounting vouchers through financial software based on original documents collected from cashier, and generate financial statements such as income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement as required by the government.
? Manage tax-related matters, including tax returns, application for specific purpose, maintaining communications with taxation bureau and providing documents as they require.
? Work out annual operational budget in consultation with the School Director including cost center information for the following year's local and overseas expenses, and follow up on the implementation and provide related financial analysis including budget execution, financial prediction and cost control. And give accurate difference analysis and operating analysis as well.
? Establish the procedure of payroll calculation and distribution for the year. Consider about costs, taxes and benefits to make an incentive plan to the school.
? Establish and maintain close relationship with taxation bureau, bank executives, auditors, attorneys and consultants, ensuring the compliance with all regulatory bodies.
? Establish the training and development program for subordinates to improve the professional level of the whole department.
- Coordinate annual external audit by Accounting Firm about financial statements and corporation income tax.
? Other work-related tasks as designated.
